Excellent customer service. Every front desk staff member was professional and friendly. The room was very clean and looked like it had been renovated recently. The pool was warm and clean. The hot tub was nice to relax in after a cold night at Busch gardens. The breakfast was good, nothing special but not horrible either for being free. Each day they had a different variety of foods. Overall the stay was great. Only negative complaint was the first night we stayed in the morning the guy running the kitchen/ breakfast area was super loud beginning at 630am. Banging trash cans around, running around stocking things because he said the rush was coming. It was a bit overwhelming for us as a family so we ate in our room. The second day he wasn’t there so it was much better

The rooms in the hotel were nice and spacious. The only thing that would’ve made it better is more hooks to hang things. The shower also goes from very hot to cold a lot, but the provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion are a big plus! They smelled great!! The breakfast was wonderful with waffle makers, hot eggs, potatoes, sausage, plus cereals, pastries, oatmeal and fruits. Juices, coffee and hot chocolate were also available. We loved the pool and hot tub for fun and relaxation! Exactly what I was looking for. It also has a small gym, lounge area and arcade. The location is perfect with restaurants and activities very close by, and it’s only 12 minutes from Busch Gardens. The hotel lobby was decorated beautifully for the holiday, too! We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice Comfort Inn & Suites. Big breakfast that was tasty. The game room is a nice feature. About 10 minutes from Busch Gardens. It’s good for a night or two if you’re in Williamsburg.

We had a fantastic stay. The hotel was very clean and the front desk staff were extremely helpful. Our kids loved the pool and the breakfast. It was a great locations, close to Busch gardens and great restaurants.

Staff is friendly, good heated pool and hot tub. Breakfast was okay ending at 9:30 which is earlier than most places on the weekend (that end at 10). The bathroom uses high fashion designs with black surfaces but it didn’t look like it was cleaned well at times. Overall the room was a nice big size and good value for the price.

There were roaches in the room I reported to front desk and all he said was he’ll document it, there was dust hanging from bathroom vent and stuff on bathroom wall that looked like feces and I wiped down the nightstand and things with a washcloth and they were filthy also I slept on top of the covers and used a throw I had in car because bed did not look fresh at all so needless to say I’ll never visit this hotel ever again.

The check-in individual was very pleasant however when we went to check out at 6:45 in the morning, the desk woman insisted that we had stayed two days and my bill was for two days.
