Nice overall but service a bit lacking
The property was clean and had nice amenities, and our room was nice, but we found the service a bit lacking. They had run out of the chocolate chip cookies this hotel chain is famous for when we checked in, and there wasn’t enough creamer provided in the room at the coffee station.

Old building but clean
We stayed in the hotel for less than 12 hours. We were very tired. Sleep was fine. The building smelled old and confusing to navigate. The window was full of cobwebs on the outside.

The market should be open longer in the afternoon especially since the bar / happy hour doesn’t open up until after 4 - so if you’re in need of a snack or beverages between lunch and dinner your outta luck Also the whole point of the stay is the ability to sleep - the bed was completely uncomfortable and clearly was in need of a replacement, there was a huge sag in the center of the bed - no support and the pillows were awful Will not return for those reasons

I called down my first night three times to tell them my tv wasnt working. They promised three times someone would be up to help and never showed. When I brought this to their attention the next day, they did not care at all. I believe I deserve some sort of refund.

Conveniently located near Busch gardens. The have fresh warm cookies for guests. Very spacious. The rooms are bigger than most hotels.

We are so thankful to Terry, the front desk guy, who was so helpful and professional. Our room was the big living room and king bed, but a bit old. We saw a big roach escape into the AC Unit. Other than that everything was great.
