Nice stay
We stayed two nights. The rooms were clean and comfortable, we requested extra towels and they came right away. Service was nice. It had a games area for kids which the kids liked. Overall I would stay here again if I was in the area.

Checked in late and stood there 10 mins waiting on someone to check us in!!! They charged my card twice they charge for parking and ASSUME that you have your car at the property. Guy said, well how else would you get here?” Well there is an airport nearby.. so a shuttle or uber!

Stayed in December 2024. Very convenient for visitors to Busch Gardens. Room was spacious and well-appointed. Unfortunately, Room 314 was very noisy. Something that sounded like a generator was on outside our room all night, and a construction/maintenance crew was sawing or planing above/below our room at 8 AM.

I was under the impression the parking was free, but it's not. I was also under the impression that the breakfast was free, but there is a cost for that as well. The check in staff were not the friendliest. The hot cocoa was empty when we returned from being out in the cold. Our room and beds were fine, warm and cozy and clean, but the furnishings and decor definitely could use an update.

This review is by a couple on mini-vacation for four nights in December in a standard room with two queen beds. We did not know before arrival that some areas of hotel are being renovated, tho that did not seem to have big effect on our stay. Likes: Location fit our needs, room was clean and had a big window for natural light, curtains fully covered window and darkened room, shower had plenty of hot water and water pressure, noise levels were low including no road noise, no additional charge for self-parking on site, closet big enough for two with just the right number of hangers, front desk staff were attentive and helpful when we asked for or about something. Inconveniences, some we knew and accepted at time we made the reservation: had to go to different floor to get ice, coffee was not replenished 1 out of 4 nights, room had divided trash/recycle can yet only one trash bag was provided each day, both queen beds were starting to show signs of wear (mild sagging on edge by nightstand and mild body impression in mattress), no complimentary breakfast, accessing the refrigerator was awkward, no microwave in the room.

This hotel must be in a state of renovation as the parking area has a mountain of furniture piled in it. My room while clean a comfortable seemed a bit worn. The lobby area is cavernous and a bit cold feeling. They had Christmas decorations which were few and uninspiring. Worse for me was no sit down restaurant for breakfast
