Excellent Hampton Inn property. Clean and properly maintained. Close to Colonial Williamsburg. Enjoyed the daily breakfast. Highly recommend to travelers in the area.

NOT AS GOOD AS IT ONCE WAS
Out room #136 did not smell fresh. We bought Febreze to spray on linens, towels, and around the room. At check in we were not recognized as Honors members. Though the breakfast hosts were so very nice, the breakfast items were lacking. Also, there is no light by the rear door outside. We have stayed here before but will not return to this hotel.

The staff was awesome, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. The employees had everything we needed and kept it fully stocked. The only bad thing was the bed was a little uncomfortable.

Mom & daughter weekend stay very good!
My 8yo and I stayed over a holiday weekend recently, and it was a wonderful stay! The beds were pretty comfortable, the room was very clean, it smelled nice, there were noise reducing ceilings so we didnt hear anything except the occasional toilet flush sound, the shower was nice, the breakfast included was very busy and tasty, offering quite a bit of options including belgin waffle bar and freshly made options. It was close to many restaurants and downtown Williamsburg. We appreciated the desk area since she had schoolwork to do. The pool itself was a little chilly, but the room was very warm so it did not stop the kids from swimming!

Fine hotel with slow wifi
Hampton Inns are typically very nice. My only complaint is the wifi is usually very slow. Maybe just my bad luck but if I was traveling for work this would be a problem.

OK But Needs More Staff
Nice staff at check-in; room spacious and clean. Only significant problem was that there was NO Housekeeping! The explanation was "every other day"; we stayed two nights and saw no one.
