My family has enjoyed our stay here it’s safe quiet convenient to everything we need. I seen a few not so good reviews but most issues aren’t the hotel’s fault it’s the guest’s who leave trash and Whatever else.I have seen the staff clean housekeeping is on top of the rooms and nice to interact with anytime I needed something they gladly gave me what I needed.

Upon arrival the staff checking me in was not friendly and could not find my other two rooms, I booked a total of 3. Once she found them so said of course it was a third party booking. I asked her about the pet floor and told her I need a floor without them do to my allergies and she said the 4th does not allow pets. Guess what dogs barking and it smelled like cigarettes and mold. Entering my rooms I had to remove the top blanket it has stains and one of the pillow had hair all over the pillow case. My door looked like it was broken into before. Breakfast the staff member was very short and angry with guest and was cleaning up before the allotted. Not all the staff was rude, the two I asked for assistance with extra towels and cleaning off the table were pleasant. The pool was green so we did not swim. Overall I would not recommend this hotel.

I had to go back downstairs twice to get the keys to work in my room and then later on that night, the same worker who assigned keys to my room try to enter my room while I was undressing. Very bad service when I said something to the management, they tried to make it seem like it was an accident, but he knew what room I was in because he assigned my room and the room keys

The hotel had trash in the hallways. When we got to our room the thermostat was set on 65. The floors felt damp. There was long hair on the two pillows that were on the bed (which were not standard pillows -they were small). I called the front desk and was told that it may take a while but we'll get them to you. An hour and a half later, I went to the front desk and the attendant had gone home and didn't tell anyone. There were no wash clothes in the bathroom. I had to go get them.

Staff members did not seem to care about the customers or show any interest in their jobs. No one smiled or offered a friendly greeting. Also, the pool water looked green and the water level was much higher than the posted depths, plus there were no lights on in the pool area.

Worse hotel I ever been to
The hotel was dirty and outdated. There was trash on the floor up and down the hallway. Room had trash and dust. The shower was gross. Didn’t even want to take my shoes off. The worse part is we saw a roach. Will never stay here again. The breakfast wasn’t very good and a lot of the chairs were broken down in the dining area. This hotel needs a major upgrade and better cleaning staff.

A lot of harsh reviews about this place and I was very skeptical but was pleasantly surprised. The check in process was quick and easy, the front desk guy was very helpful and nice, and the lobby was clean and smelled fresh (especially since they allow animals). My room was clean, had a small fridge & microwave, fresh towels and no hair or grossness in the bathroom. I’ll say you get exactly what you pay for and nothing was wrong with this hotel! I would stay again!

I’ll start off by saying that the fire alarm went off TWO very long times (one in the afternoon and one at 2am) because of dust according to the front desk and both times there was a lack of communication. - Outside: The hotel looks like any other standard hotel. Easy access to everything. - Check in: Quick. Front desk associate was friendly. - Inside: The rooms were subpar: ripped carpet, cracked walls, and “black” spots EVERYWHERE. The bathroom was the worst room in the hotel: hair in the bathtub and drain, unclean counters/floor, and MORE “black” spots. The AC worked inconsistently. It was very loud. The room didn’t “feel” very clean. There is a weird smell in the hallway (doesn’t affect the room itself). - Pool: We picked a hotel with a pool for our children; however, we could only use the pool one time. When we tried to use it again, the water was covered with white foam and a greenish film. - Breakfast: Pretty basic (sausage, eggs, waffle maker, cereal, yogurt and pastries/muffins). We ended up going to Wawa. - Overall: 1/5. The hotel served its purpose for our short stay but I would not book again. There are MANY hotels in the area. Shop around.

The first room I was assigned to was not cleaned and they had to reassign me to another room. The hotel was old and outdated. The breakfast was just okay. Twice I had to go to the office to get my key card to work. Staff was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast area was clean and lots of areas to to sit to eat and watch TV.

First and foremost: the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Those 2 are my entire top 10 most important qualities list. Now to the picking of nits. Water pressure was non existant making showering take 3-4 times as long which defeats the attempt at conservation (if thats why waterflow was subpar, though i dont think this was intentional). The AC kept the room cool but not cold, but probably comfortable for most. I dislike the trend of no housekeeping, but that seems to be very common nowadays; at least make some sort of self-service towel/ washrag exchange. Clean room, very friendly staff. Would stay again, but with a few changes the stay would go from good to great.

4trips to the desk and still no key that worked. Ceiling panel on floor in hall. No shower curtain. Dirty sock and bag left in corner of room. Slow check in and told they overbooked. We paid in advance.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean , bathroom was very small. Breakfast was good. The hall carpets and furniture need some attention but overall a good stay. The tv was a little cumbersome to find a channel to watch and the phone in the room did not work. The mini fridge was in an awkward place in the room and was placed directly on the floor...very, very difficult to use and get into unless you're 3 foot tall.
