Everything great except the shower
Reception was fast, helpful, and fantastic. Breakfast was very nice, and the room was large, well laid-out, and clean. My only complaint - but it is a pretty big one - was the shower. Very, very low water pressure. It took a while just to get completely wet, much less to rinse out shampoo from my hair. The shower alone is going to force me to look for another hotel for my 20x per year travel to Buffalo

We usually stay closer to UB but they were booked so I was a little worried staying farther away, but it was easy to find and fast to get there from campus. We checked in late and left early so didnt get to check out too much, but check in was great and the employee was so friendly and welcoming after a long day. The room was clean, quiet, and we slept great. Had some coffee and a small snack in the A.M. which was great too. Area is so cute, lots of shops restaurants to enjoy. I will be staying here from now on!

The hotel was clean and quiet. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. The free breakfast was good and an added bonus. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. We enjoyed our two night stay and would happily return.
