It's very dirty, they literally didn't clean the room. Bathroom was dirty, mirror has gummy on it and floor has old fruit on it. The room was dirty

Bathroom was dirty. Saw roaches running around. We stayed for 2 nights, but no one came to clean the room after the first night. The trash was overflow. There was only one roll of toilet tissue, so it’s not enough for the stay. The pillows were dirty with stains on them. The hair dryer did not work at all. No microwave nor water boiler. No elevator.

It’s okay
You can tell there is a quick turnover at this hotel. They quickly clean the rooms which means it isn’t throughly cleaned. I wouldn’t say it’s the worst but it’s for sure not the best. Overall it’s pretty cheap but expect a 30 min drive to most actual tourist attractions. I’m from Buffalo so I went there not for tourism more to see family.

Do NOT stay here! This place and the staff are disgusting. The bed mattress, sheets, and comforter were stained with what looked like blood, urine, and dirt, and had several burn holes from past visitors’ cigarettes. There was black mold spots on the bathroom ceiling and pubic hairs on the toilet and in the bathtub. The entire building reeked with the stench of wet dog, cigarettes, and marijuana despite the no smoking and no pet signs everywhere. There was no elevator. The staff lied to our faces about whether or not the manager was there. First she said she would grab him for us, then when she found out it was about a complaint, she said “oh I forgot he is not here today”. The staff did not do anything to make the situation right with us and told us to go through expedia to get a refund. .

The short heavy women working the front desk 8/16 @11p, she didn't greet or anything. After looking around snarling, she asked 'can I help you?'. After making a copy of my license, she handed me a blank receipt with only the bottom visible instructing me to sign. I asked if she could print one with all the charges so I know what I'm signing. (There's posting on the desk advising of additional charges for incidentals and parking so I wanted to know what the additional costs and total were coming. She barked 'you paid online'. I only book online and have never signed a blank form hence my question. She is a nasty person and may be in the wrong"profession". Either that or in need of some mental health services. Then, this room! There's hair all over the bathroom, and dry urine on the toilet. It's obvious that very little cleaning gets done between guests. Eww,eww.

Front desk service was ok. But overall the hotel sucked. The hotel smelled an was dirty. The room had big hole in the wall. The tv wasn't even hookup. Both lamps the lights were broken. Pretty sure the bedding was dirty. I will never return to this hotel. The price wasn't worth it.
