The area immediately around the hotel isn’t great. Shopping and restaurants are a couple blocks west but the walk isn’t well lit and doesn’t feel all that safe. Lots of signs about locking your car. Lots of construction in the area also. Hotel pricing scheme is also lame…mandatory resort fee and paid parking don’t line up. Doesn’t feel like a resort and the parking is for a public parking garage that is otherwise free on the weekends. Also only one elevator was working.

In general, I liked the hotel and the location. I was not able to get on their WIFI and their TV channels did not work properly. I thought it was a bit expensive but having a view of the lake was very nice.

Room was not in great shape the renevated this hotel pretty half ass paint can't fix everything. Toilet paper holder falling off wall baseboard coming off water damage bathroom ceiling and don't get me started on the bathroom itself way too small and nowhere to put anything. I will never stay here again not for the price just ridiculous.

Walkable to the lake, which is beautiful and nearby restaurants. I thought it was expensive for the value though. Room was basic. Breakfast wasn't fast. We were given a room on the first floor with view of the parking lot and people walking right outside. For sure - I wouldn't pay this much for a room where you have to leave the curtains closed all the time. This room should be discounted. They told me nothing else was available, though people checked in after me.

Very Expensive but very close to the Amtrak.
One of the closest hotels to the Burlington Amtrak train station (Easy two or three block walk). My wife and I really enjoyed the free coffee bar set up on our floor. Yes, it is kinda expensive for those who are regular coach train riders and almost as expensive as a family room on the Amtrak.

The property was under renovation. As a result the meal options were minimal. We should have been informed in advance. Additionally, there was a "mandatory" $30 resort charge for services we did not use. I would not recommend this hotel, based upon the lack of transparency and the unwarranted charges.

While the hotel was very nice and clean and everyone I dealt with was professional, there were a few small issues including that I received a parking ticket in the garage despite paying for parking and had to return to the hotel to drop off the ticket after I had checked out. In addition, the housekeeper tried to enter my room prior to checkout time and while I was still in it.

As a curio property of Hilton and a status member of Hilton Honors - I had high expectations… and they were not met. Starting with checkin, the front desk was not friendly, it was almost like we got treated differently than guests with a different skin colour. She didn’t even offer to hold our bags for us and missed texting us when our room was ready. We just made the choice to go back and see if our room was ready..: and surprise it was. The second front desk lady on a special assignment from India was MUCH NICER! While the common areas are nice, the hotel needs a major update in their rooms. I would almost recommend not updating your rooms because it’s just not worth the money. The view of lake was nice though!
