We had stayed at a Quality Inn earlier in our trip and it was excellent so we decided to go with this one in Willows. There was no mention that the pool heater was broken. The "free breakfast" had nothing we could eat. My daughter tried a muffin but said it was dry or stale. The coffee was mediocre and there was absolutely no protein.

Review of room
The room was dirty. There were food stains on the walls and someone spilled a drink on the walls and it was not cleaned off. The bathroom was also dirty and the bathtub was discussing. The whole first floor smelled of bleach and the halls were very dark. The staff were very nice and helpful.

This facility has a new owner and is newly refurbished. I hadn’t expected a lot but it was really nice and I’d stay there again. The breakfast was pretty sparse but there weren’t a lot of people staying there that night. (One kind of muffin, coffee, juice and the ubiquitous waffle maker. There may have been cold cereal….not much else).

Helpful staff and would recommend hotel to others. Had a minor room issue that wasn’t that big of a deal to us, but the Staff took it seriously enough where I am sure it was a rare occurrence that we’ll keep private (makes for a funny story)!
