The TV was on when I entered the room, and there was trash in the bins. Clearly the room had not been cleaned before I got there. Someone knocked on my door at 4:30 am, so I left shortly after because I was concerned about my safety.

The kindness of the house cleaning supervisor!
I've been traveling all summer, staying in various hotels in the US and abroad. Last night was my most restful night's sleep. This was the first time I woke up without soreness in my neck. On my way out the door, I alerted the house cleaning supervisor on my floor that I would be taking the pillow home with me and why. And that I will be paying for it at the front desk. She was delighted that I had a great night's sleep and said with a huge, kind smile on her face. "Sir, just keep it; I want you to have many more nights of good sleep." I'll certainly be back again. I appreciate your kindness!

This hotel was okay. I didn’t receive the room I booked online. Our TV went out and we weren’t able to get it back on until the next day for whatever reason. The facility itself was pretty decent and clean. A reservation is needed to swim in the pool. I guess that is because the pool area is pretty small. For a quick weekend stay, it was fine.

Comfy and clean, but very basic breakfast.
Was disappointed by the breakfast, very basic cereal, bread and eggs. But the beds were super comfy and the place was clean. Can’t complain, I just got to go have a good brunch!
