Staff is pleasant and helpful. Room ceiling was gross and falling down. Bathroom was dirty, and had pink hair on the counter. I have brown hair. Outside there were patrons smoking cigarettes and staring as you as you walked into the building.

Absolutely disgusting, black mold on walls above AC unit and when I stripped the sheets off the bed there was blood stains on the mattress like it was a fresh murder scene

Horrible I had a family emergency come up and the wanted to make me pay the full price to the room if I were to cancel the room booked wasn’t the room that we were given to stay in the room was dirty the tub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years stains all over the sink electrical outlets missing covers the worse red roof I have ever been in wish I took pics of how bad it was

I have never left a bad review, but this hotel was awful. Our room smelled like mildew and old smoke. The bathroom was dirty and needed some repairs. The other people staying there seemed down and out and all in all it was a pretty depressing stay. The only positive was that the man at the front desk was very nice.

The trip was last minute so I greatly appreciate the accommodations and the hotel in general is a decent one. Along with the desk staff was polite so I gave the 3 stars. The spa tub in the room however, was leaking which I did report. Along with the leaking the buttons on the tub were either missing or didn’t work so the jets on the tub weren’t able to be turned on. Plus the tv stopped working sometime during middle of the night. I went to try and turn it on and a message showed up on the screen saying cable wasn’t connected

It a place to sleep
There are no elevators but plenty of stairs, the signs outside should be more clear about where to park to be closest to your room. The front desk attendant had a bad attitude for no reason, and the hallway smells like cigarettes. The bed however was comfortable, the neighboring rooms weren’t too loud, and the mini fridge and microwave were useful.

This was the absolute worst stay I’ve ever had in Delaware. The was a festival in Dover Delaware so this was the closest room I could find. The staff (female) was rude the other occupants live there (apparently some kind of emergency housing) the room was old and looks like something from the early 2000. The tub look liked they tried to repaint it and the towel rack was hanging off the wall. The police and security activity was all and all night literally running in the halls after people I could go on but what would be the point just do not stay at there!!!!!

The staff ( John and Nancy )was friendly, upgraded my room because a smoking room was unavailable and moving my room made it more convenient to exit the building. I was very concerned when the head board came unbolted from the wall- that I was going to be charged an incident fee. I called the office act check out time to explain the situation- there was no damage but it was loosely bolted. Nancy immediately called me back and informed me that there was no problem, and I would not be charged. So I was very grateful. I will be returning in the future.

Improvement seriouly needed
Killed 4 Bathroom roaches, tile broken i floor, Had to hold handle down to flush toilet, bathtub had bad rust stains. We had booked a double room, they 'upgraded' to what they called suite which meant 2 chairs & a desk and lighting was poor. Beds and towels were clean & nice hot water. But towel rack had been hung very crooked. Hallway carpet was about 1000 years old. Will not stay again. Worst hotel ive been in and ive traveled a lot. Sidewalks not convinent for handicap using walkers/rolators.
