The front desk clerk was quite rude. The room had broken parts on the tub, the mattress on the pull out couch (gross!), the heaters were incredibly loud in the bedroom and living room, the water was filled with toxins which we could actually see floating in our drinking glasses. The bathroom was actually scummy. I had to clean the tub twice. It wasn't resort quality, however we did speak to the front desk clerk on our second day and she waived the resort fee. The restaurant staff was clearly mismanaged, as you could see our server was very busy and others were just standing around not offering any help. My husband's sandwich was overcooked and dry, my loaded baked potato was missing the butter and sour cream which I paid extra for. Pros: The price was decent, especially with the resort fee waived. Having the ability to charge everything to your room was nice. The concession stand attendants in the water park were great. Lots of variety, and the food was good! The ability to use the facilities on the entire property is a nice touch, but we did not choose to leave our hotel. The water park itself is so fun, and definitely worth it for any kids under 10 with siblings, and adults. Suggestions: Something for adults to do on the premises after 9pm. We felt rushed to leave the restaurant and then found out the front desk clerk gave us the wrong closing time for the arcade, so my family was left with nothing to do in the evening. Also the gift/coffee shop should be open daily.

We loved this hotel. It was very clean and all staff were friendly. Our room was a two bedroom two bathroom and the perfect size for our group. Loved the waterpark the most. perfect for our little ones. Will definitely be back :)

Our room was not ready by check in time and we did not get a countryside view. The front desk was not helpful in either of these matters. It was very stressful with 4 little children with us. Other than that the stay was enjoyable.

Waterpark was small and fun the hotel room was okay found a stink bug in the curtains and the carpet was stained and the room was smelly but other than that it was not bad the kids had fun in the waterpark

The water park was pretty nice for our 6 and 4 year old. The hotel room was dated. No mixing bowls, cutting board, or measuring spoons provided in the kitchen. The first night our heat in the bedroom did not work. We called the front desk and they fixed it right away.
