This was my second time at the Hilton second time was a bad experience. Staff was very bad. They didn’t clean my room. AC did not work in the room complained they still didn’t clean my room nor fixed. The AC will never go back.

The hotel is nice within itself but has been mistreated. I was a bit disappointed because the bathtub kept clogging. When I tried to fix the drain it seemed to be broken and dirty. The sink was cracked and the rug was dirty. It served its purpose which was just to be able to get some rest.

The front staff were just ok no eye contact. When asking a question they responded rude because i guess they didnt wanted to talk. Maybe they were tired? I dont know but I have to think about if I want to stay there anymore.

The hotel itself was nice, but my room was not very clean. Dust all over the place and the shower wasn't very clean. It just seemed that no detail was paid to cleaning it. Also, the door was broken missing paint all over half of it.

The aesthetic of the property is TOP TIER. From the moment you walk in it does give luxury. I love the nickname that is given “Matador” because there are a couple of bull statues well placed for pictures. The interior design must have loved shoes because there were so many references to shoes, soles, and knots. There was even a cute interactive shoe tying exhibit right by the elevators (some of which were glass elevators so you can see the full beauty of the hotel). They did not spare any expense when it came to the lobby designs. However everything else was at your expense. The $26 dollar breakfast was mid (not very appealing for the price). Even though we asked for it upon check in, we received no housekeeping. We had to call for new towels which took hours to receive. Some staff members were nice others seemed over worked and grumpy( kitchen staff). The bathroom was bland compared to everywhere else in the hotel. But all in all I would stay again the pool area and the bars were gorgeous. Just wish there were a bit more gifted amenities

The hotel itself was great! Clean, safe, conveniently located. Restaurant located in the lobby has a great menu. My only complaint was the cleaning staff being VERY loud from about 7am until we left our room for the day. One morning even chatting, laughing and yelling for very loudly right outside our door. I would happily stay again. I would just hope the cleaning staff would have more consideration for those paying to stay there.
