This Hotel was OK. The lobby is very nice, and free breakfast was better than most hotels with many options. We booked a pet-friendly room. The room appeared clean but smelled very strongly of wet dog. Since the floors were laminate, we assumed that the smell was emanating from the beds, which was pretty gross. Additionally, the hotel was very loud, and you could hear people directly above us stomping around until about 1AM. I think this is because the floors are laminate and do not dampen the noise like carpet does.

Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The beds were very comfortable and clean, and we had all the amenities we needed. It was our dog’s first time in a hotel room, and it was perfect for both her and us. We would definitely book this hotel again.

Overall was a nice place, the hotel next door was doing renovation and the guys there were loud. As for the hotel itself, a few of the staff memebers seemed snooty, but for most of the staff they were extremely nice. I would stay again

Just OK. We were traveling through during a storm and glad to find a place to rest. The hotel was basic but worked for the stop over. Breakfast was almost all processed foods, except for apples and oranges. Typical fast food buffet.

Easy travel
Our check in and out experience was great, super easy with friendly staff. The room was very clean but had some visible wear and tear. Bed was comfortable and had a great shower. The hotel breakfast was nice. We would definitely stay here again.

I was pleasantly surprised by TRU Hotel. We were greeted with a goodie bag right at the front desk, which was a nice touch to receive immediately rather than waiting until we got to our room. The hotel felt new, clean, and urban. There were suggestions for local spots, and the TV had a greeting with my name on it—just little touches that made the stay feel extra special. I've had terrible experiences with breakfasts at other hotels, but here, the breakfast was actually really nice, which is vital when traveling with three kids! Very happy with our stay; TRU Hotel is going to be our go-to from now on.

Great place to stay with the family!
Very clean hotel. The free breakfast was extremely good and plenty of options. The 24/7 snack and beverage counter was an added bonus for late night snacking; however, these items are an additional charge.
