Excellent stay!

Will use again. 24 hr shuttle. Helpful, friendly, answer their phone at hotel [needed to confirm 24 hr shuttle remained accurate/getting to airport for 4:30 a.m.].

The check in and check out was seamless. Staff was nice. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The staff at the front desk greeted us immediately and our check in was quick and easy.

Everything was fine. Stayed due to concert at the XL Center. Was excellent that you can enter the XL Center from the hotel. No need to go outside. Parking was $19 that hotel had stamp parking ticket or else it would’ve been per hour. The only thing was our shower curtain was not long enough for the shower rod (length wise) also we couldn’t figure out the heat. Felt like the temperature stayed on cool even though we turned it up. Not sure if something was wrong with it. But we only stayed for the night of the concert so we didn’t complain. Overall would definitely stay again.

This was a very last minute reservation and very grateful for the lovely staff.
