I called the hotel and confirmed the situation with the front desk associate. I was able to retrieve my personal items by coordinating with the front desk manager and a local shipping company. A few days later, I was happily reunited with my belongings. Thank you!

Nothing was unique or nice the customer service was awful and definitely rude and to make matters worse you get to pay 190 to be told u can’t have a conversation with your inside voice. And they try to walk in your room without knocking as if it’s justified. I will never give them my money or business again

This property surprised me with friendly staff. A good breakfast, eggs, yogurt, waffle, coffee, juices, fruit, cereals. The property was clean and entirely smoke free. Recently remodeled.

Great overnight stay for us
Great stop for us. Dog friendly and easy to access outside. The rooms are quiet, front desk staff is friendly, and the ice machine works. Breakfast is simple and on time. Coffee is better that most places.

I've stayed in this hotel twice and it's a decent hotel, nothing extraordinary but nothing bad about it either. The restaurant near the parking lot is a nice place to grab food without having to drive. If you're road tripping this is a good hotel to stay at for the night

The front desk clerk who checked me in was by far the rudest front desk employee I have encountered in the last 10 years of extensive travel. Pathetic. She was rude not only to me, but to other guests at the same time. Breakfast was minimal, quality acceptable.

The hotel receptionist, Brittany, was very nice, professional and informative. I saw the same interaction she had with many other people checking out the next day. There are two very good restaurants in the same parking lot as the hotel and a large supermarket next door. Makes everything very convenient.
