The indoor pool is a nice feature, and breakfast had decent options. While close to our family members, and we had stayed there before and felt it was ok, this time, my pillows had an "old" smell to them.

I stayed here a year before and the problem they had were the small details. I heard that place had changed names and was remodeled so decided to give them a try again. Unfortunately it is a new circus run by the same clowns. They are still missing the small details. From drain flys at the juice dispenser to cold food, to using a post it note to write my room number on when they gave me my room key.

Easy to find, park, check-in and check out. Pleasant staff. Stay with no frills and the most basic of amenities. No security or surveillance in the parking area or corridors that we noticed, and there were different, individual men with open containers hanging around the outside entry at night. A local diner favorite is just across the parking lot if you’d like a hearty breakfast or meal. Fine.

The hotel is a pet friendly establishment, which is why we chose it. However, the dog walking area could use some upkeep. The bathroom is very small. There were plenty of electrical outlets. Bed was comfortable. Main welcome area and breakfast area were extremely clean and were updated and inviting.

TV did not work and had owners in room several times to get it operational....cold water several times with no hot water....did not make bed....small old white towels and they made sure you only had two washcloths, 2 hand towels and 2 regular towels. I you wanted to get cleaned up in the morning and then again in the evening....Forget that! Reminds me of the old Super 8's....certainly nothing special for the price they are charging!!!!!

Nice stay, I had a couple issues on extended stay and the staff responded well! Upgrades seem to be taking place with the new branding, hopefully it will continue to improve. Currently the best branded hotel in Woodstock.
