It was very noisy. Our room was on the first floor, the room was set up that there was a door to the room next to us for conjoining rooms. There was a one inch gap under this door, all we could hear was the people talking in the room and what ever else they where doing. I had to stuff a towel under the door. In the bathroom the floor trim piece were missing. Definitely will not be staying there again..

The staff is wonderful, the hotel is old and feels unclean. Bed was great, but not terrible, water pressure could’ve been better. They don’t do housekeeping if you don’t stay 5 days. It’s an ok hotel, not my first choice. Again, the staff at all hours was amazing and kind.

Room was clean and quiet. Hotel is across the street from the Auburn Mall, so it was nice to just be able to go and walk the mall. Breakfast more than adequate.

Appears that the hotel was over booked created some chaos with check in. Staff was friendly, i sympathized with them. The room was not clean. The fridge/ freezer section had mold growth, stains on bathroom mirror, dirt in corners of room.

Lots of rust and mold in the bathroom There was a room mix up and someone was mistakenly checked into my room while I was still there. AC unit was very noisy, weird rattling and whooshing randomly while running. Staff was nice.

The only great thing the young girls did an amazing job at the front desk @ 9:48pm. Great customer service other than that the smell of cigarettes horrible even in the area of non-smoking the noisy you can hear everything room to room plus the AC was not working at all.

I had the best ppl at the front desk. Inga especially was very kind and took care of me right away. My room had the best bed big TV I loved the 3 elevators def bonus. Everyone was super kind. And my room I couldn't ask for more. So thank u
