The good: the room was clean and comfortable. If you're need a room with small kitchen, this has it. The not so good: The air in the building was stale and windows can't be opened. One of the light bulbs in the room was out. The bedside alarm clock didn't work.

It was a good night. Although around midnight loud people walking the halls. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest and they only give one 2 oz bottle of shampoo no conditioner and a bar of soap. Also although it has a kitchenette no bowls plates glasses or cookware available.

The property was okay but not as nice as I anticipated. My biggest concern was when I left this morning @ 6:30 the lobby was unstaffed and the outside lighting was not on, very dark and unsafe. Room: outlet in bathroom doesn't work, I tried to reset GFI but no luck. Handle on entrance door needs attention. .

Unfortunately I checked out less than 30 minutes after I’d checked in. There was a notice about upcoming pest control in the room key access. Upon entering the room, there was a foul odor. Turned out the garbage cab was full to the brim which caused the bad smell. The mgr & I sprayed the room with linen-scented air freshener. Then I had to get a tv remote control from the front desk. Upon returning to the room I found other dirty areas so I decided to leave and booked another hotel room at the nearby Double Tree

Check in was difficult. Poor training. Welfare hotel is worn and decrepit. Shower valve was replaced with a bolt and screw. Night stand was missing a drawer. Screw sticking out of wall next to bed. Missing couch, dishwasher and dishes. Paint in room was scuffed and scraped on walls, door and vanity. Breakfast was a cellophane wrapped muffin. Absolutely disgusting for the price paid.

The room was fairly priced compared to hotels in Boston. The room was clean and comfortable, and there were enough towels, but the blanket was so thin that we were freezing. More pillows would have been nice since the pillows were thin also.

Dirtiest place I have EVER been.
Hands down grossest place I’ve ever seen in my life, I left immediately and can’t get a refund bc I didn’t tell front desk, I had my one year old with me and was not going to let him hang out in this unsanitary place longer than he had too, I had to make immediate accommodations due to the poor conditions of this hotel and it’s a shame I had to be penalized for putting my family in front of a disgusting corporation. There were also at least 3 smoke detectors going off for a new battery change, I have footage walking down the hallway where you can hear it, but am unable to upload it. Most disgusting place I have ever seen, i pray they get shut down, I have called the health and fire department regarding the issues. Ryan is the manager and fails to maintain these declining maintenance, which should be of regular concern. It is obvious that the manager and workers do not care for this property.

The sink and the tub did not drain, the GFCI outlet in the bathroom did not work. The handicap railing in the shower was falling out of the shower wall. There were stains on the desk chair. The floor was fairly dirty throughout the entire room. The tub faucet was malfunctioning. The light in the bathroom fan didn’t work. The curtains don’t close all the way and leave a gap where you can clearly see into the room. There was cat litter on the counter next to the front desk. The lady at the desk was very polite and helpful though.

We got there late and there was no one at the front desk. You had to call to get someone and they did eventually show up. She was very friendly when she came out. The room itself was not very clean. The bathroom looked like it had just been wiped down and smelled like mold. When we pulled out the couch the mattress was so dirty. There was no protective cover and underneath the couch hadn’t been cleaned in what looked like forever. There were no sheets and bedding for the pull out so I had to go out and find some. There were no utensils or pots and pans as the advertisement stated. The breakfast was nutrigrain bars and prepackaged muffins. The Saturday when I got up at 7:45 there were no bars and about 4 muffins left. The two people at the front desk didn’t seem to notice or care as they were talking about car issues. You get what you pay for I guess but I have stayed at other extended stays and have not had it be this bad.

Ok I guess, if you're on a budget
My son wanted to sleep in the car. Stains on the couch, bathroom door off a hinge, mold all over the wall and ceiling in the bathroom, bed and pillows were hard, bed had a broken dip in the middle, low water pressure, bugs crawling to what must have been a hole in the wall behind the cork board, dust buildup in the corners so not properly cleaned, full size fridge was clean though

GFI circuit was non-functional and wasn't fixed when requested. Only one waste basket in entire suite. No low-level cleaning was done after first night. There was no ice available in entire motel.
