Located on a quiet, family-oriented street on the desirable south end of Wrightsville Beach, this five-bedroom, 4-bathroom, home has 3 levels that comfortably accommodate 14 people.

The lower level of this home has a bonus living room outfitted with a 75” flat screen smart TV that includes Disney+ and sound bar; a great gathering space for family movie night or Sunday football. Just off the living area is a covered porch that faces the sound and is a great place to relax while taking in the salt air. Down the hall you will find the first 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths and laundry area.

The spacious upper level of this home is outfitted with hardwood floors and features an open concept living, dining, kitchen with convenient access to the third-floor deck which is perfect for outdoor lounging or dining! The kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, beautiful tile back splash that seamlessly flow into the living space making this home wonderfully equipped for family gatherings. This level also contains the master bedroom with a private bath and another guest bedroom with full bath. Just off the kitchen you will find another staircase that leads up to an enclosed crow’s nest that provides magnificent 360 views of the sound, ocean, and south end of the island. This is the ideal spot for relaxing after a day at the beach, family board games, and watching breathtaking sunsets!

Fantastic week!
Fantastic house! Our family of 11 was very comfortable in the three level beach house. The kitchen was adequate for our needs and the common areas were very comfortable. We loved sipping our morning coffee on the porch. It’s an easy walk to the beach or the inlet. You are able to watch the sunrise in the morning at the beach and a beautiful sunset at night over the inlet. The neighborhood is well cared for and a delight to walk around. Everything was convenient. The beach is less crowded at the south end of the island. Everything added up for a perfect stay. We would love to come back!

Great home in a great location
We really enjoyed our stay. We had 9 people and had plenty of room. Of course, you need to like stairs! :) It was winter, so didn't spend time on the decks, but it would be great in the summer. Easy walk to the beach or intercoastal. Nice neighborhood.

We were a large group. our entire family was there for our daughter's wedding. The house was perfect. We all had our own rooms, the layout was so cool, lots of room. The location was perfect, only about 10 mins to the wedding venue. The beach was right around the corner, great coffee shop. We were all so happy with the house.

Quick Beach Weekend
We were in Wilmington for a wedding and decided to get a house so the whole family could stay together. This property was perfect. Short walk tot he beach, plenty of parking, quiet residential setting. Thoroughly enjoyed the weekend.

Very spacious rental for a large reunion weekend. Plenty of parking and short 5 minute walk until you're sitting on the beach. Communication with Bryant Real Estate (property manager) was perfect, even with the hurricane passing by. Will definitely stay at this house again.

Location close to uncrowded beach is great. Stained carpet in master bedroom did not make a good first impression. View is mostly of construction which started early and was noisy. WiFi is too slow to be useful. Cable tv audio and video constantly cutting out making it difficult to watch.
