Was a great hotel, only problem is the location, its a bit far from anything, in terms of walking, but there is a free shuttle bus that takes you to the local aeon shopping centre and one to the airport. Highly recommend for families. Great staff, very nice and helpful. Hotel does have a little convience store inside and a little pharamacy too, if you need anything

Hotel staff are very pleasant and helpful. Lived that the hotel provides nice bus shuttle service to and from the airport, Aeon Mall, Narita train station.

The internet service is poor at best. Constantly being kicked off the WiFi and very, very slow load times. If you are planning to work remotely from a laptop this is problematic.

This place is pretty much the ultimate pick for peace of mind for its proximity to the airport. It's just a short five minute bus ride away. Rooms have a little wear and tear, but it's clean and the food is great! The staff, also, is very helpful and attentive.

Overall it was good. Chosen for proximity to Narita airport. Room was spacious and clean, though the whole building is dated. I could hear everything going on in the hallway and could hear noises from nearby rooms. I did not have the dinner buffet - ordered a steak bowl from the a la cart menu and it was good. Breakfast buffet was okay, staff and service is great. They do have frequent shuttles to the airport terminals.
