The room was hot when I entered the room, I turned on the AC but I didn’t hear a sound so I waited but it did not get cooler. There was a humidifier in the room, I turned the fan option on, which helped. I used Google Translate to help read the machine. Front desk didn’t feel welcoming when I checked in or out. I checked in around 4pm, restaurant in hotel was about $40 for adult so we opted to grab food at the convenience store. There was also a drug store. I booked the one king size bed with breakfast for me and a child (5yr) but was told only 1 adult breakfast was free, I had to pay for my child. Not sure if that was an Expedia error. Breakfast had good options. Hotel shuttle to train or mall doesn’t start until 11am. Free shuttle every 30min to airport was convenient. As a mother with a 5yr old traveling, I felt safe and it was really quiet in the room. Water pressure in shower was good, typical size bathroom, amenities included.

Was a great night by the airport as we had an early flight the next morning. We arrived in the afternoon and was pleasantly surprised they had a free shuttle to Narita city which was a lovely place to see. Definitely recommend this hotel. Staff was amazing and shuttles service was great!

Ideal overnighter to start your holiday.

Courtesy bus from Term 2 drops you at the Hotel door. Was provided with a clean and spacious room (2 adults and 2 teenagers). Buffet breakfast offered a variety of courses and a good start to the day. Friendly staff at reception (English speaking). If arriving into Narita later in the day...Tobu is the ideal overnight stay. Car hire close by.

The only reason to stay in this place is catching early flight. The only convenience store in the area closed at 10 which mean you can get anything when the store is closed. Hotel is outdated and not clean in Japan standards.

Convenient Airport Hotel

A convenient and economical option if you are in need of a hotel near the airport. We had an early morning flight, so checked in the night before. Check-in and check-out was effortless and efficient. The complementary airport transfer was the primary reason for choosing the hotel, and took only 10minutes from loading our luggage to ariving at Narita Airport Terminal 1. The room we had was spacious (4 beds), but the clealiness of the room was average at best. 2 of the beds had scratchy bed linen, but the other 2 were OK. Weird. Bathroom was OK - clean, but had weird stains on the floor. As with most hotels in Japan, pajamas were provided. All in all, the hotel serves its purpose. Just don't expect anything fancy.

There are some lovely quiet walking streets that the concierge was not aware of. The room was too hot and thermostat was not able to control the temp. When we checked out we were informed that in winter the heat is always on but we could have turned off the “air conditioning,” which means heat.
