Calico rock hounding trip.

All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The only complaint is that no one cleaned our room and we were there three night nights. There was no sign in the room that said the room would not be serviced, and the morning after the second night, I asked the front desk about having our room cleaned. I was very surprised when we came home that evening from a long day and opened the door in the room was still not serviced. When I called the front desk, they said we had to get on the cleaning list for the day and we had to be on that list before 5 AM in the morning. I’ve just never heard anything like this before. Other than that, it was comfortable, the continental breakfast was very good, and the staff was great.

Beds were very comfortable. Front desk gave us a list of places to eat dinner that are near the hotel. Breakfast was good and they had plenty of options. Definitely would stay again.

Much better than I would have expected from a property like this. Room was clearly updated/renovated recently and everything was clean. There are train tracks nearby, but it never bothered us the two nights we stayed. We stayed here to be nearby Calico and it worked out well.

I liked the breakfast ( the necessary to start the day), the desk service. The wifi connection was poor. I was in the building opposite to the desk, upstairs, there’s just one floor. The laundry facility was operational for $4. If you look for a quiet place, it is quite noisy with the highway and railway traffic. But I slept well. The property was clean.
