We enjoyed our relaxing stay in the spring water pools, had massages at the spa that were delightful, ate at the Capri restaurant multiple times. Would definitely recommend if looking to relax on a budget.

It is a very nice house, clean, cozy. Enjoy the stay here, very friendly groundskeeper, unfortunately the hot tub was out of service, and WiFi signal inconsistent, but overall it is worth every penny I spent.

The villa we stayed at was nice; however, because we didn't stay directly at the hotel, it wasn't as convenient for us whenever we wanted to access their pools and spas. About 12 minutes by car, I think? They had changing and shower rooms at the hotel; however, kids aren't allowed in there. So, you'd essentially have to drive back to the villa for showering purposes. The villa has jacuzzis, but the pool would be what the kids would want. Just something to consider if you're planning on staying at the villa if you plan to go with kids. This also applies to checking in and checking out. You have to do so at the hotel itself.

We had been going to this Resort Spa for years. We hadn't been back for a very long time, and returning to it made us wonder, why haven't we come back sooner. Miracle Hot Springs Resort and Spa has six pools of varying degrees of heat as well as a dry sauna. The pools are from natural springs. It is noodle time! As in, you will become as limp as a cooked noodle. The restaurant used to be the Chuck Walla, now taken over by the award-winning Capri-- Italian cuisine and Steakhouse. The food was fantastic. The wait staff are engaged and enthusiastic. And the prices will delight and surprise you. We had a king-sized suite with one bed and a living area. Very spacious. The grounds are beautifully kept, the visitors engaging and enjoyable. Just down Palm Dr is the South of the Border Mexican Restaurant that we've enjoyed for decades. The desert has a powerful draw. Mountains surround the area, and the land shimmers. Try it. It is an experience unique to itself.

WORST stay. Family and I stayed in room 125 - 2 king suite w/kitchenette. Checked in Monday 12/23/2024 around 7:30pm, super easy with the older gentleman with white hair. I didn't catch his name, but he was extremely nice and helpful. Pools were supposed to be hot, but nope, they were not. They were warm at best. 4 adults in our room. NO/ZERO hot water in the shower, but hot water came out in the sink. I called the front desk daily to turn the hot water ON, Around 6am Tuesday 12/24/2024 my mom tried to take a shower after she went to the pools. Again NO HOT WATER. I called the front the desk at 6:05am, the girl I spoke with was EXTREMELY RUDE. Said she'd call engineering to turn the hot water on. 15 min later, still no hot water. I called front desk again and asked if someone could come take a look. They sent Jose, who took over an hour to get to us. He came to our door & showed me some app on his phone, said someone kept turning our hot water off. Turns on the hot water then leaves. Hot water comes back on at 10am for 15 min. I then go to housekeeping which is right next door to us. I asked for additional towels & some older lady with white & grey hair in black glasses said we had to give her our old towels before she could give us new ones. ONE TOWEL PER PERSON PER STAY. Gross, but fine. So every time we used a towel, we asked for new ones. Martin the maintenance guy was super helpful & the little Latino man who came with Jose was GREAT!! Jose sucked.

No hot water in the shower
I don’t think k we have had a bad time here ever. Staff is friendly and always want to please the customers. The only complaint I have is no hot water in the shower.
