I had an unexpected overnight stay in Yuma and found Quality Inn through Expedia. The facilities were clean, as well as my room, and I slept great! In the morning we enjoyed our continental breakfast before hitting the road - a great stay for a great price!

Horrible costumer service and extra charges
The manager and the cashier were both incredibly disrespectul and treated both my son and I rudely. On top of that, they charged me twice the amount I asked for. I am still trying to get my money back and although they acknowledge that the charge is unwanted, they refuse to give me back my money. I have to fix this through my bank as they want to keep my money. I do not reccomend this hotel at all, watch your pockets.

This is an older property and repairs/improvements continue. The staff was friendly and helpful. The property is clean. I like that the older properties have large, spacious rooms. Convenient to many restaurants.

Needs upgrade - carpet was worn in many areas, room furniture was dirty, especially the sitting chair, which I did not bother to sit in. Overall look & feel was not up to standard with today’s hotels on the road. Will not return.

Friendly staff and nice continental breakfast. Furniture in room was stained and seemed like it needed cleaning or replaced and grass next to pool was way overdue to be mowed. The walls are thin but that’s somewhat common in cheap motels.
