This hotel was nice - it was clean, the pool and hot tub are huge, and the balcony was very enjoyable. However, it would have been nice to know ahead of time that the water slide is closed during the week. We also had requested a late check out in the morning, to which they said yes, and then we got a call asking why we hadn't checked out yet. So front desk obviously does not communicate to each other. Minor issue, but annoying. The bathroom layout was crowded, too, to with a standing shower, separate bath tub, and toilet, and the sink in a separate part of the room. Don't go to the hotel restaurant, it's awful. Overall the hotel is nice, but not worth the price.

Pool was nice and clean. Lifeguards were not very attentive and let a lot of disruptive behaviour from older teens go. Rooms are very old and outdated for the price. Service at check in was very quick and professional. The doors on the hotel rooms close very loudly and difficult to sleep through.
