Small but quiet room. clean and renovated bathroom. Facilities were good and daily housekeeping. The hotel is obviously in the process of upgrading and renovating. Great location.

Ok for a short stay, needs to be updated & rooms joined. Bathroom was very small & cramped. Noisy at night hearing lifts & pipes. But over all, it was clean and beds were well made & comfortable for a couple of nights.

Booked a standard Room on Hotels.com. Room pictured looked lovely with a window, however the room we were given, whilst it technically had a window, it was contacted over, allowing no view. Probably rightly so. It was an iner facing room, and Pigeons were nesting there, and it looked disgusting, and had a lovely wake-up from them at dawn. It was Room 229. Stayed at the Grosvenor the weekend before, (Room 519), another inner facing Room, again not like the Photos, Very Disappointing and false advertising. Hotel is Very Tired, Hallway carpets are well worn

Hotel is dated - there are strange pillars in the corridors. There is no individual AC to the rooms. Ours had an unusual smell the first day and there is a window, but covered with opaque plastic. Wouldn't stay here again.
