I had to pay a $100 deposit, which was fine. The issue was I didn't have my credit card on me as I don't carry my wallet. I haven't had to have my credit card in a hotel for years. I was then asked if I would be spending over $100 during my stay. I answered I would be eating there. They then wanted to charge me $200 deposit. It made me feel like I was a criminal. The air con didn't work. There is no lighting just lamps so very hard to see. In the morning it was hard to get my car out of the valet parking. To their credit the bed was comfortable and the buffet was delicious.

I had such a lovely relaxing weekend away. From start to finish all staff were welcoming. The Executive lounge offered a good range of food and drinks. Downstairs buffet is one of the best I have had in a long while. There was lots on offer. Thank you and I look forward to returning soon.

We where really impressed about pur experience with our stay. The staff was very helpful with our needs. Especially when we had some maintenance issues we brought up, that was sorted out quickly. Only problem we had getting a car park for our hire car "self parking" was a bit of a walk to the park house. At least it was in door parking.

Lovely staff members greet you on arrivial. Rooms are dated but clean and very spacious. Location is great and transport around the city is readily available. Highly recommend, I would stay here again myself!
