A great hotel only complaints were the check in time of 3.00pm is later than I would have liked. The breakfast could have been better with the egg cooking station not manned and some eggs looked like they had been there for to long as was the bacon even though it was mid service

The property is a bit dated, when we arrived our uber had to drop us at the street instead of at the entrance due to a significant amount of cars being banked up

We were made to feel like we meant something- not just a number.. from the moment we checked in - right through to our departure. We were blessed with a complimentary drink to celebrate our anniversary, an upgraded room amd our breakfast was amazing. We will definately stay at the Intercontinental again .
