The room is very clean. The bed is comfortable. Everything is adequate but not inspiring. I’m very glad I did not try to walk from the check in to the hotel!

We have stayed here many times. The location is convenient and close to transport, and we will stay again. We had reserved a parking spot, which I confirmed by phone 5 days before our stay, so it was disappointing on check in to be told they have overbooked the parking, but we could park at the Old Lion instead. What was even more disappointing was when I went to use the vending machine, it revealed the car park was less than half full, despite being told we missed out on parking because the other guests needing parking had all arrived before us. The only other complaint was we were on the ground floor so it was a bit noisier than usual.

Really ordinary. Staff didn’t seem like they wanted to be helpful. It was like I was in their way. On check-in, the reception left to do something else. The room didn’t look like the photos. I was disappointed with the bathroom where there was no divider or screen for the shower?

Perfect for my needs as a solo traveller. I was really impressed with how clean and new the room was. Full credit to the housekeeping team. The only minor thing for me was that the pillows were way too high. Reception couldn’t help me. All other aspects were excellent.

Very clean, staff were incredibly helpful when we asked to extend our stay. They also held our luggage Very nice hotel room, not too much noise from others inside hotel or from outside. Plenty to eat nearby (personally recommend pizza from Marcellina, two doors down)
