Clean room, good service, excellent location

Very friendly environment

We only really needed a quick spot to sleep— arrived at about 8:30 pm and left around 7:00 am. There were no other hotels in the same price range with truly positive reviews. They all appeared to be labeled “adequate” or “pleasant” based on reviews. We were extremely grateful when we arrived to find that this hotel had a very crisp, clean, “new” feel. It was brightly lit and smelled good. The desk clerk was polite and efficient. The pool is open until 11:00 so my daughter was able to swim, despite our late(ish) arrival. The room was nice enough (clean), although I did struggle a bit with the heating— it was either very cold or far too warm (difficult to regulate). The included breakfast was your typical fare. We would definitely stay here again if we have reason to stay in the Olympia/Tumwater area.

Corporate greed put profit over comfort of guest and staff in public areas. Staff were full and sullen under these conditions.

Love that this place is always available when I need to crash for a day.

The lady at the desk was super nice! Stay was great, room was clean, and it was quiet.
