Wow super impressed with this hotel. All staff very friendly. There’s a store in hotel a restaurant w bar and casino only a mile away. Perfect place to travel from. This is my go to hotel now. Keep up the good work staff!!!!

Good stay until the last night
Trip started off ok but on the last night around 1030pm we found a huge leak in the bathroom that was spreading into the actual room. A pipe had sprung a large leak in the ceiling in the bathroom. When I made the front desk aware of this they simply said they said they could not offer another room as the hotel was sold out. The leak spread and began to leak onto the furniture in the room. While I understand that these things happen, I imagine they do not happen often. That being said there was no apology given at checkout nor some type of voucher or credit given for the major inconvenience especially since one of the guest in our room had to be up at 4am to catch a flight. I’m not a complainer but I had to something given the lack of empathy shown.

Very accommodating staff. Interesting restaurants, and shops not far away. Beautiful Lehigh University campus and fascinating Bethlehem steelworks nearby. Immediate area is busy traffic corner with no aesthetic value.
