When we arrived at 3:15 the room wasn’t ready yet and we were told 20 minutes until it was. We unfortunately had a place to be at 4 that was about 10 minutes away. When I informed the staff about this they were very helpful and apologetic and got it done in a few minutes. Once in the room the bathtub was rusty and there was a large stain on the ceiling from a previous leak. The spa which we looked forward to was also closed. In the lobby the air conditioning vents were dripping water right in front of the front desk. I’d still stay again and other than these few things it was very clean and well kept. The staff was also great to talk to and work with.

During our stay, we were given an ADA room. The shower left water all over the floor so we asked the housekeepers to give us some extra towels and mop the bathroom because it was slippery and all our towels were all over the floor. They left extra towels but did not clean up the soaked towels on the bathroom floor. Also when we returned to the room we also discovered that my fiancé’s silk pajamas that were left on the bed were gone. We went through all of our belongings and they were not there. We spoke to the manager in the morning at check out and she dismissed us. She stated that the housekeeper who entered our room has never been accused of stealing anything and she has been employed for the hotel for a long while and she could not believe the housekeeper would do such a thing. This was a disappointing stay with a Hilton Hotel.

Elevator had sticky spill and was not cleaned for 3 days. Pool wasn't just heated, it was HOT like a hot tub, but the hot tub itself was broken. Front lounge area arreared to have broken a/c. Tub did not drain. Front desk staff was very knowlegeable and helpful.

The hot tub is broken. You wont know this until you get to the property since they have not announced/advertised it anywhere. There is black mold on the pool deck. Lights in bathroom keep flickering. Also, a septic smell in the bathroom coming from the ceiling vent.

The staff, especially Tara at the front desk, is amazing. My wife experienced a medical issue and we had to checkout 1 nigh early. Tara was amazing with facilitating a credit for 1 night, and she was very concerned about my wife's condition. I would definitely stay here again.
