The dining area was dirty, I had to wait for dishes/silverware for breakfasts. Coffee machine broke down… but everything else was good! Rooms were cleaned, the kitchen crew were very nice and they are hard working people. I’m not sure if they were understaffed. But who ever is supposed to clean the dining area was off or didn’t come around to clean… the area was in disarray for a few days.

We went tubing for the day and Blue Mountain resort and needed a place to stay. Teu was about 25 min way. This is a new hotel so it is super clean and modern. The lobby/amanities area was great. They have a lot of board games, a lot of seats and couches, and a pool table. They also have a pretty lgood breakfast. Def great value for the price point

Great location. Close to everything with tons of space for recreation, pool table and games and well stocked pantry with even a good selection of Belgian beers. Great breakfast variety as well.

First thing first I would totally recommend this specific hotel to my family friends and associates. The cleanliness of this hotel was and is outstanding, my room had a great view of the courtyard. I would say prices are reasonable and great multiple selections for breakfast. However I checked in at an awful time because apparently the pool water heater was down that’s one of the things my family was really looking forward to do.

Absolutely perfect hotel! Gorgeous property, clean new rooms and the breakfast was fantastic. Excellent customer service from the employees as well! I would give 10 stars if I could! Although the pool heater was broken, everyone was very kind and communicated it well to us.

The room was for the most part great. I suggest you have 2 chairs in the room for when couples/2 people stay in the room. 1 chair isn't sufficient for 2 people. The breakfast was great except not enough tables with regular chair heights. Not everyone can sit on high stools, especiually hadicap people. We did enjoy our stay.

This hotel is for a one night business trip at best. There is no closet and no dresser. No carpet on floors and quite loud when people are moving above you or even in the halls.

We love the dog areas around the building and the breakfast was delicious. We did however wake up to no hot water to shower in the morning on the 4 th floor. I had to request another room to shower in on another floor. The staff accommodated us but it was incredibly inconvenient. A new building shouldn’t run out of hot water.
