Very clean and secure casino. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Beautiful facilities. Only negative is the pool is under construction and the food options are limited. The housekeeping and security staff went above and beyond by finding cash that we left in our room after checkout & calling us promptly so we could go back & pick it up.

Presidential Suite was amazing. Having 2 bathrooms in the room made mornings so much easier. The staff was so friendly and accomadating. They helped orchestrate surprising my daughter with her elf on the shelf. This hotel was the best part of our stay.

We like going back
The hotel was great. We stayed in a suite that was spacious and comfortable. The reasons we did not give it 5 stars is the lack of facial tissues and the paper in the wash rooms is thin. And the coffee naker is in the bedroom, not the outer rooms.

They could have done better
Reserved a king but got a 2 queen bed, even after I upgraded before the stay. Valet parking is not free and your car is not parked in a garage but outside, exposed to snow. Housekeeping is very good and responsive to your needs.
