Cleaning staff were very prompt. We'd leave the room for sometimes less than 90 minutes and come back finding it had already been cleaned. Everything else very nice as well.

We liked this hotel because of location, cleanliness and very knowledgeable staff that spoke English well. The only negative was the WiFi had no password and we got badly hacked within hours of using it. I would recommend staying off their WiFi unless they password protect it and keep changing the password often. We informed the desk of this problem.

Really good hotel in excellent location in Amsterdam, and not particularly expensive either for a major European city. The bar/restaurant staff are all attentive and really good. Bar cocktails are all very well made and presented. The front desk staff are all very friendly and helpful with dinner reservations, advice on trains, activities, museums, etc. And unlike some front desk hotel operations where the staff is looking down at their shoes when guests re-enter the hotel, they are very actively engaging with you in a friendly way each time you walk in the door.

Great building in historic building!
This hotel is in a cool building that once housed a newspaper, so the ink/printing press theme works well. The on-site restaurant was great for breakfast and dinner, and the hotel is super close to Dam Square, so sights, food, and shopping are abundant. The staff was very helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

INK is safe and the staff is very kind. I like how close the hotel was to Centraal Station and. very walkable to the main parts of Amsterdam. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

This hotel was highly recommended by my art friends, and it did not disappoint. As other reviews mentioned, the rooms are small, but very comfortable, and if I could give the staff 12 stars I would. The only negatives…both the shower floor and bathroom floor were slippery…the shower floor was very slippery indeed..and I’m puzzled why the management didn’t just add some non-slip flooring..and easy fix. Very convenient…7 minutes walking to the train station (and ferry), about 20 minutes to the museums. Will definitely stay there again.

Great experience at Ink. The check in was personable and probably one of the best interactions I have had at a hotel. The location is perfect for Amsterdam as it’s close to everything without the noise. Would stay here anytime I’m in town
