Owl Hotel is just right. So friendly! Location!!
We stayed at the beginning of our trip for 4 days and again at the end for 3 nights. The first room we had was bigger, and the second more the layout and space of a cruise ship. But, worth it because if amazing, friendly staff, great location and beautiful breakfast and common areas. Close to museum quarter, trams and bus to/from the airport. A quiet area.

My stay was overall good and I really enjoyed my room. Before check in, I stopped by the hotel to store my luggage and encountered a very rude receptionist. However, upon returning at check-in time, there was a different, very kind receptionist who was very helpful!

Great stay for the nuremburg ring.
Our visit waas for holiday purposes. The apartment was fantastic.. great spacious accommodation perfect for 2x people. Everything worked perfectly and the location was great with a village kind of feel very polite neighbourhood and perfect location for travelling to the nuremburg ring. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Beautiful, private garden views from room and common area downstairs; charming, clean, comfortable, quiet room in the gorgeous museum quarter: Rijksmuseum and Van Gogh Museum both a 10-minute canal walk away. No evening dining but lobby vending machine has basics and hotel offers breakfast (our flight departed too early for this). Friendly, helpful staff, a charming hotel cat, and mythical-seeming large green parakeets in the garden. Highly recommend.

MICE IN THE ROOMS AT NIGHT
This hotel is infested with mice. The employees at the front desk were fine, but the stay was very upsetting. The room was disgusting I had multiple sleepless nights since there were mice in he room. The first morning after I discovered the mice, I made the employees aware and showed them the evidence of the mice, including my belongings that had been nibbled on. They acknowledged the issue but the problem continued for my entire stay. The staff did not even attempt to do a routine cleaning of the room for many hours after my complaint. Once my lights were off each night, the mice started roaming around and crawling on my belongings. Another couple staying at the hotel at the same time as me also complained about this. This hotel should not be on your list and guests should be reimbursed for this horrible experience.

Lovely place
The best things about this hotel are its location on a quiet street yet not far from the center of things. It is also near a lovely park. The breakfasts were great, but the greatest thing is the staff. They were so helpful. Thank you. I will definitely stay at the Owl again.
