Excellent location to get to Amsterdam. Do NOT stay in Amsterdam. This is far more convenient to go in and out of there without trying to navigate the crazy downtown of Amsterdam. The place was great, the staff was awesome, very cozy bar. Definitely would stay there again and suggest it to our friends

Hotel itself was fantastic, great staff, clean, modern and everything you could want. The location meant a lot of travelling and the expense involved. Also avoid the vending machines, which charge but don't dispense. Even for water!

We stayed here for 4-5 nights and enjoyed our stay. The price for breakfast was a bit steep. Room was nice and quiet. Easy to catch subway to downtown, like a 10-15 minute ride. Glad to come back and rest quietly. Would stay here again. not alot of restaurants around the hotel. McDonalds was your only option. Hotel has a high priced Italian to the top of the hotel otherwise it was mostly bar food.

Very nice hotel. Good location by the metro lines 51/53/54 It is self check in there but there is usually some people around to help. We had a mates twin room which was good but the shower is clear glass and opaque divider so bare that in mind depending on who you are sharing a room with. Breakfast is continental only with a good spread of meats, yoghurts and pastries. Nice bar area with plenty of space to work

Ruby Emma is a modern hotel, all works with a touch on a iPad in the room. Night lights works with sensors so, if you like pitch black night to sleep but want to find your way in the room, a night light will turn itself on as soon as you stand up (very clever touch). The room we stayed was sound proof... I would stay there again!

When booking the hotel, it was important for me that breakfasts were included (so as not to waste time searching for a morning meal). When booking, it was indicated that they were included, but then I had to pay extra. I also indicated payment upon arrival, but the money was withdrawn in advance without notifying about it, linking a card is a mandatory condition when booking.
