Lost of power so we moved to another room. New room is cleaner, but the shower is noisy like making a construction. Water looks like milk, but to put it for 30 minutes it turns transparent. Convenience of parking.

I used to like this hotel. It was cheap but very comfortable but my last day December 1, 2024 was not so great. The bed was hard. The towels were so thin you could see through them and the shower was terrible. Also, I hate giving a bad review. The good part of this review is the people that work there are still lovely.

The property was nice for the price I paid definitely reminded me of a old motel 6 the floors were coming up in places, the walls had bad patch jobs , the electric dryer plug cover was completely missing and possibly a little black mold in the bathroom ceiling and on top of everything the room I booked was suppose to be a queen bed and it felt more like a full and very uncomfortable

The rooms are not well taken care of. The closed room didn’t have a tv, the bathroom was small, the tub had a hole in it, and there was no coffee machine in the room. You could also hear everything going on upstairs like you were living in an apartment.

Room was remodeled . No coffee machine in room but did have microwave and fridge. Bath tub could use grab bar. Older property with no real curb appeal. Parking free which is nice. Comfy bed!! Not a bad place

17 minute walk from Disney
The room was mostly clean, no evidence of bed bugs on the mattresses. The room was large and simple. There is some evidence of wear, the floor is warped in some areas, paint is chipping off the door. The ceiling has a crack. The only actually concerning thing was the air conditioner sits off the wall enough that you can see outside which seems like a privacy issue. This is also one of those hotels where they don’t man the desk 24/7 so I had to ring the doorbell to alert someone to check me in. The best thing about the hotel is that it’s a 17 minute walk from the Disney parks.

We had problems with this hotel since we checked in. To start, the room we were put in was still dirty. The restroom still had hair and dirt built up and it looked like they had not wiped anything down in a long time. The room only has hardwood floors which were not cleaned as well. We could take a couple steps and the bottom of our feet/shoes were black from the dirt. We eventually moved rooms since we had to make a noise complaint for the room above us since the manager would not speak with the people in that room. The new room upon first glance seemed cleaner but at that point we were already behind in our day so we left right after putting our luggage inside the room. At the end of the day, we were ready to go to bed and once we untucked the blanket we found someone’s pair of UNDERWEAR tucked inside the bed!! This means that housekeeping (which we also didn’t even see anyone so I doubt they have anyone hired to clean) did not even check the bed let alone replace the sheets or clean the blankets. They had to have just tucked in the previous blanket without even checking. We waisted half of our Disney day with this mess and had to pay more than originally to book a new hotel. We also seem to be having issues with receiving our refund for the stay.

Met our needs for walkable distance to Disneyland. Beds were comfortable and room was adequate. Rooms could use some maintenance and upkeep, but fit our needs for the short time we were in the room. Would stay again.

Needs major repairs
Mold, water damage on the ceiling, and hair dryer with exposed electrical in the bathroom, broken floors and furniture can smell the mold. I should have taking pictures but was only there to sleep for a few hours. The bed was clean and comfortable.
