The room itself was normal and clean but the lights at the pool and hot tub at night never worked they kept saying they were working on it and never did . The lobby door broke and couldn’t get in for over an hour . The dryer was also broken when we went to do laundry . The first day we arrived there was a homeless man out front of the lobby and the police were there dealing with him. There’s a bus stop out from the main lobby as well, lots of ppl slept on the bench and were doing drugs . There was a whole crew of bike ppl across from our room behind the Denny’s every single night and the store behind us got broken into, their alarms woke us up at 530 am they went off for over an hour that morning . I like to feel safe and our rooms were fine but safety first . I wouldn’t stay there again

Enjoyed our 8 night stay at Best Western Plus Pavilions. Front desk staff were very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. Our room was cleaned daily whish is a bonus in post Covid times. We had a coffee maker, microwave & mini fridge in the room. All areas were kept extremely clean. Breakfast vouchers were very helpful, as well as the To Go bags. We walked to the parks via Down Town Disney (approx 15 min) and to the park entrances was another 10 min walk. Felt safe walking day or night. The only issue was connecting to the internet on occasion. Wasn't a big deal as it didn't happen often. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel. It is located on the back side of Disneyland. You have to walk through Downtown Disney to reach the parks. Its only a 10 to 15 minute walk. There is a shopping center nextdoor with three restaurants and a market. Staff is nice.

Hotel is showing it's age, but was definitely comfortable and nice to be walking distance or inexpensive Lyft ride away from Disneyland

Walkable distance to Disneyland, but far enough that its quiet. Could see the fireworks from outside room. Really good value. Breakfast vouchers for Dennys and to go breakfast were great.

The cleaners did an amazing job tidying the room every day. The premises are very tidy and clean. Our second time staying and would book again. The area surrounding can be a bit sketchy, but not within the hotel.
