Wouldn’t recommending booking here for a Disney vacation. We booked a last minute get away and chose to try something new. The beds are super small, pillows are super tiny, the AC sucks (with the AC “on”, we came back to a 76 degree room after 13 hours in the park), and very inconvenient to get to the park. Did appreciate the swivel TV and channels offered for down time.

This place looks like a motel. As soon as you walk into your room there is a strong odor. We had to keep our window open at all times & the odor was still strong. We didn’t use any of the sheets. Breakfast is only a water bottle, fruit, granola bar & some kind of coffee cake. Yes, you get a free voucher at Denny’s which is also very limited to what you can order. & same boring food every morning. Def won’t be booking here again. Rather pay a little more & actually enjoy my stay.

Property and rooms were clean. They over sold their rooms, called us at Disneyland and told us they had to downgrade our room from two queen beds to two standard beds. Informed them that we preferred what we paid for if feasible. They said they would call us back to confirm information about our room. They never called so we spent the evening at Disney concerned if we even had a room. We arrived to the property and we were provided with a room. All worked out but could have had a better time without worries if the staff would have simply called and told us all was okay.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and we appreciated daily maid service that can’t be found in even 5 star hotels post Covid. The beds and pillows were comfortable. We were given vouchers for complimentary breakfast at the adjacent Denny’s which was always good and was also served by a friendly staff. In addition, we were provided grab and go breakfasts and appreciated those on the quick mornings we didn’t have time to sit down. It was a well-lit and groomed walk to the park entrance at Downtown Disney (9 minutes). Security lines were non-existent on that side of the park and we were on the monorail shortly after. The lobby espresso/latte machine was great for coffee in the AM and hot chocolate when arriving back for the night. It was a surprisingly nice stay that will definitely have us returning. Thank you!
