I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service. The valet attendant informed me that parking was included due to the ongoing construction at the hotel. However, when I returned later that evening to check in, the night front desk agent charged me $35 for parking.
When I politely explained what I had been told earlier, he was rude, dismissive, and made me feel like I was at fault. There was no apology or effort to resolve the issue — just attitude and unprofessionalism.
To make matters worse, my room was located right in front of the construction zone, making it impossible to get any sleep.
If you have the option to stay elsewhere, please do yourself a favor and book a different hotel. For the price I paid, I expected clear communication, professionalism, and at least a quiet night’s rest — none of which I received. I would not recommend this hotel.
