We've stayed here before and always find the staff to be accommodating, helpful, and friendly. They're great about early arrivals, late departures, and parking arrangements, and they're easy to reach by email, phone, or text. While the property is showing its age, it's well-maintained. If we were spending a lot of time in the room, we might choose somewhere else, but it's a safe, clean, and friendly place to stay. The main reason we stay here is the unbeatable convenience—it's as close as you can get to the Disneyland entrance.

The carpet was very dirty. We took our shoes off, and within minutes, everyone’s socks were black from the bottoms. The room also smelled like mold. Aside from that, very conveniently located near Disneyland resort. Also, walking distance to different dining options. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very spacious and perfect for traveling with kids.

This property is tired and needs updating, the beds weren’t overly comfortable but the proximity to Disneyland was fantastic. We came home for lunch and dinner most days for a little break before heading back. Would definitely stay here again.

One of the mattresses in our room was damaged and there was a big portion that was caved in. Staff attempted to address this by flipping the mattress, but this just moved the caved in portion to the other side. This made sleeping very difficult.

Do not stay here!
Beds are old/ hard and very uncomfortable. Pillows are hard/ lumpy and gross. Floor was sticky in room. No insulation for outside noise. Parking is awful. They over park where they have to move cars around.

Great hotel for the price !!
It was pretty good for the price. No complaints at all. Plus it was really close to the entrance to Disney so that was a big plus for us. We enjoyed and would stay again in the future!

Room was great, super close to Disney only downside is the the parking lot is tiny. Also it is right next to the dennys and the ihop which is great for a quick meal after the parks.

I've stayed here several times and never had an issue, I did notice they did some updates and remodeling which makes it nicer :). I LOVE how close to Disneyland it is and affordable.

I know some of the people there must have been loud at night but I brought a sound machine and that drowned everything out. It was clean enough and the brds eere comfy enough. The pool was clean and no one ever used it. The hot tub was fun for the kids. At the end of the day ur paying to get right next to disneyland and it was fabulous to be that close!
