Overall, our experience at Element was great. Rooms were clean, great location with it being a 10 min walk from Disneyland, and decent breakfast. Only downside was we pre-requested for a connecting room given we were traveling with family. We were placed on different floors and were being told different things by different receptionists.

Check in time stated 4pm. The hotel was unable to accommodate my family. Our room wasn’t available, and the staff could not give an ETA of the room. They just had us wait in the lobby with all our luggage. No one offered to store our luggage so that we could enjoy our day. We got no straight answer of ETA. Other families were also effected and was waiting in lobby for rooms. We finally got our room a little over an hour of waiting in lobby. The room and facility is the best I’ve seen. It seems they have issues with housekeeping turning the rooms around. They said the manager was gonna contact us for the inconveniences but no one got to us. When we checked out at 4am, no one was even at the front desk, I called the number they had posted and no one answered.

The room was comfortable. Not enough TV channels to choose from, the HVAC didn't seem to work very well and the lighting in the bathroom needs adjustability. It's too bright if using the bathroom late night.
