Everything was great except our check in, they tried to change my room that I had booked 3 month prior to my reservation only because I had booked with Expedia (I heard the manager say in the back office). The girl checking us in was just doing her job but of course I was going to be upset for them trying to change my park view room. When she talked to her manager (which never came out) all of a sudden there was a room available for me, the one I had originally booked. Because everyone was nice I still gave this a good review but I did want to make note of that AND the fact that when we got to our room I got a text message that said that the employees where protected but the Anaheim Police department as if I had cause a seen or something. I simply expressed that it was not okay for me to have booked a room 3 month prior and then it get changed to only end up with the original room I had requested.

Hotel under construction. I could not find one quiet place in the hotel. Pool and spa were closed. Could not find water at any of the vending machines. The floor beneath me was being remodeled so I could hear and feel drilling, tapping, cutting, banging, at 8am Friday and Saturday morning. They wanted $50/night for parking, and my vehicle was oversized, so they wanted $60/night to valet. Gym was closed at night when I tried to get in. Overall unimpressed. Would not stay here again.

TOP 5 worst hotel experiences. Due to whatever, lack of caring, This hotel has cost me a family tradition that I can't get back. Management was beyond uncaring when asked for a small amount of help to make a person's day bright. Money is my sweat and labor and takes a long time to save to do special things like travel. I'm heartbroken. The phone had a substance I prefer not to think about, The door couldn't lock, shower barely functioned, upper staff coming in without knocking, no bath or hot tub for a handicapable person needing water therapy, no pool, plus more. One shout out to the bed though, it was five star.
