Overall this was a convenient and walkable location. I would overall recommend but for picky travellers like me here are the dislikes: The bathroom had grime and hairs along the outside edge of the bathtub. It was overall clean but not thoroughly clean. We returned from the park to nap mid day and the music from the water park was PUMPING. There was no one enjoying the water park but lifeguards. The shower didn’t drain but maintenace was called and the problem was resolved.

No restaurant and no breakfast The room service is every other day and they only make the bed and empty the trash cans and they do not organize the room and not even give you needed tissue etc Front desk are not helpful enough when you need their help Clean condition. Very close to Disney, great view of Disney fire work, inside is spacious, has water park but we did not use given it was cold, so I am not able to comment about that one.

Great Stay!

The stay was incredible and the room was so very amicable. So much so that I plan on bringing my boyfriend with me to treat him. I checked in with Evelyn, and she was absolutely amazing.

The pool area was terrible. The water park for kids was ice cold. The main pool was cold too when it was supposed to be 82 degrees. The front desk staff were super unfriendly and not fit for customer service. The walls are paper thin and I could hear everything. Less than 10 min walk to Disneyland was the only thing this hotel had going for them. Will never stay here again and I wouldn’t recommend it.
