Check in experience was terrible. Long flight with kids and room was not available even after 2hrs of waiting. Room assigned in the end was not the same as booked. Staff were not accommodating and didn’t show any empathy.

Be careful booking this hotel.

Hotel was dirty. AC didn’t work for more than days. Cobwebs on windows. Room smelled of mildew. Hotel needs to be updated and overhauled. Will not stay there again.

The beds were hard and uncomfortable but loved the location and the cleanliness. The staff that checked us in was a little rude i definitely avoided her if I had to come to the front desk for anything but besides that everyone else was great !
