Room was clean, we got new sheets on day 2, our microwave didn’t work so we couldn’t heat up leftovers. Dishes and utensils were available along with pots and pans. Breakfast was great. Kids loved the Mickey waffles. 10-15 min walk to Disney. Not ideal for kids after the park. Short Uber drive $20. Will stay there again

The room felt neglected and when I called to request the pull out couch be made with sheets, etc.. They seemed irritated. When we arrived the front desk staff were all less than happy or helpful and seemed deflated with their work. The pool has nowhere to place towels while you are swimming / hottubing - weird. Also our coffee supply in room was never refilled.

I enjoyed the short stay and would definitely come back. The hotel was well kept with a pleasant scent. Parking was manageable and there was an elevator in the parking garage. There was a small bar upon walking in and a large dining area for breakfast on the left. The hotel is conveniently located a few feet away from CVS and a block or less from Walgreens. And only 15-20 minutes walk to Disneyland. Check in was fast and front desk was very nice and informative. My family and I stayed in the corner suite with theme park view on the 7th floor. We stayed in the hotel on NYE night since the weather was bad with on/off rain but we were able to view the fireworks shows at both parks. The suite has a small kitchen equipped with electric stove, toaster, dishwasher, and I think a coffee maker. I didn’t make coffee since breakfast had plenty of coffee. The living room area was small, but fine for a small family or couple. Great view of the parks from both bedroom and living room. The bathroom was very clean and shower temperature was perfect. House keeping every other day but no problems getting things we needed on days they didn’t come just by calling. Breakfast was very crowded but I liked the Mickey Waffles and good tea and coffee. The waffle irons were a little tricky to figure out. Overall I’d rate the stay a 4.6/5 Great value!

Room doors were very noisy- you could hear everytime the neighbours left their rooms. Spa didn’t work some days and nothing was done to fix it. We stayed 7 days and pancakes were only served once at breakfast but they served grits every second day!!

Cleaning schedule was not flexible. Scheduled cleanings are every 2nd day. We stayed around Christmas and our scheduled day was on Christmas Day. We decided not to have cleaning that day but we’re not able to have it booked for the next day as it wasn’t our scheduled day. So our room was unkept for 3 days. We were able to get towels and toilet paper thankfully. Staff were all friendly so I don’t like leaving a bad review. It would be a 4.5 otherwise.
