This is definitely a no frills hotel. There are literally a hundred hotels in the area due to the proximity to Disneyland so you have choices. I picked Stanford because of the price of the family suite, it was nice to have the kids in their own bedroom. Though the walls, and ceiling are paper. Sounded like someone was moving furniture ulate at night and again at 6am. The hotel is on a very busy road and we heard cars all night. There is breakfast included, the make your own waffles were great, the eggs were not. The room was always crowded. We skipped it our second morning.
The only staff I dealt with was very nice, check in was easy and fast.
One big bonus is that if you have an electric car, they have 4 spots that you can charge for no additional fee above the $12/night parking fee.
If you are just looking for a clean room, some extra space and a comfortable bed for a good price then go for it, but bring your earplugs.
