The parking is always the worst part about the hotel. They ran out of parking spots but had reserved parking? So we can to ask where do we park since they didn’t have any. Also, things can get pretty noisy if you are by the elevator

Great but lacks breakfast
It truly was amazing ! The rooms were clean, the shower was a bit outdated but still clean! Checking in was smooth and so was checking out. Furthermore, there was quite a variety of parking! However, one of the primary reasons we decided to book this hotel was because it offered free breakfast. In a way it did; however, it is EXTREMELY light. We were given granola bars as breakfast. But other than that, it was truly a great experience and it is most likely we will book this hotel in the future.

It’s near of the parks, you can walk down the streets and get there easily, the customer service is very proper and kind persons. Definitely I will look to book here when came back to Anaheim 🙂‍↕️!!

I like the property, it was safe.. There wasn’t a whole lot of parking, but we did get a parking space. Quiet, Very clean! Overall, I really loved the property And the stay!! Very convenient to Disneyland! Thank you!

Property easy to locate but no shuttle to Disneyland you would have to walk about 20 minutes so we took an Uber. Night staff was very friendly and cortical. I made a mistake of leaving my charger in the room so when I called the staff told me there was nothing turned on and so I lost my charger when indeed I know I left it plugged in where the blow dryer was. So that is why I don’t give this place a 5 star.

Greeting by orange/red hair receptionist nose piercing was unprofessional, crumbs all over her mouth. Was talking to her coworker about their weekend as i was being checked in. Next morning requested cleaning and she said that was supposed to be asked for day before. Never stated that once upon arrival. Room was dirty and bathroom was all broken

The facilities are simple. The towels are very old. The breakfast is just passable. It is close to the highway. The only advantage is that it is within walking distance to Disneyland.

I stayed here last year, loved it. Came back again but there was such limited parking, made it hard to get luggage out and in. But nonetheless it was amazing and I’ll come back again.
