The hotel is nice but in my opinion overpriced. Only one bed ever got made. Bathtub wasn’t properly cleaned and the floor still had garbage on the floor after room had been cleaned. Hot tub chemicals were not managed properly which created a rash over bodies of my daughter, my granddaughter and myself. I simply expected more.

Our first time at this hotel. Very nice. Very elegant. Clean. Quiet. The view from our room was beautiful. It was super close to many restaurant options. The had their own but we have a special needs child. He only eats certain food which we’re not offered, but none the less it was a nice place.

It was nice. The bunk beds were a great idea, I could see taking my family there. It's about $10 for an Uber from the hotel to Disneyland drop off. Takes less than 10 minutes . This is way way faster for getting to the parks vs Mickey & Friend's Parkade, which would take over 30 minutes by the time you park and take the tram. Five concerns about this hotel: -phone system worked on day one and two, then stopped working on day 3. I had to unplug and and plug the phone back in multiple times to try to get it to work. It is a weird POE powered phone, I've never seen it before. Doesn't work good. -food and beverage manager made us oat milk lattes that were luke warm, tasted bad, didn't have chai tea available, and I believe the cost was around $7 for each drink, so around $20 with tip for two drinks. Later in the day I got this taken off my room charge without issue. I would avoid any cafe drinks. -About 20 minutes before the restaurant closed, I called for room service, probably 3 or 4 times. The phone line rang and rang, no one picked up. Just wanted some chips and salsa. -One of the bathrooms at the top, next to the restaurant, has a light timer. I think I was in a stall for just a few minutes and the lights turned out, leaving me in total darkness. -Tried the hot tub on the roof. I was pretty itchy after, my guess is PH was low and not maintained Refresh on the room was really good. Overall I was really happy with this hotel, I'll be back.

We flew in straight from the airport and was ready to pick up our feet. I wanted to surprise my kids with their extra cost Disney blanket that’s a $50 charge. This was supposed to be on their beds as we checkin. I also paid extra for the view of the park. Once checked in I found no blankets on the bed and a view of nothing but the freeway. I had to go back downstairs to make sure we were in the right room. Too keep this short we were moved 3 times due to rooms not functioning or being ready. The last room we had had a broken bathroom door and no bad battery in the tv remote as well as bathroom scale. We were told the manager will call us and make it right. We never received a call. Our first night was a disaster the second night we were so tired I didn’t want to complain the third night I asked what happened to our call from the manager and the response was I left the message. Sad I had to pay for such an awful experience.
