We had a terrific stay at the Ramada. The rooms are ample and renovated. The bed sheets are very clean, super white, with a large TV, mini fridge and microwave. The bathroom was very clean. I think this hotel is one of the few where parking is included so it is a big savings and a nice perk. The breakfast has hot options and the personnel in charge of the breakfast room are very courteous. The front desk personnel are very helpful.

While the exterior of the property (looked like a motel) threw me off at first, along with the handing of tickets for breakfast (felt very rigid), the stay was fabulous. Great and clean rooms. Generous breakfast. Safe area and quiet. Great for a family traveling with kids. Parking got a little tricky one day As it was full, but the reception quickly provided solutions.

Everything is good. Water pressure is a bit low for shower and they serve same breakfast everyday for my 4 days of staying. Other than that, the room is clean, have microwave and a good size fridge. Free parking! Staff are friendly.

Good Location but Worn Down Joint.
We stayed with a group of 12 and rented 4 rooms total and there were problems in every room. We complained about 2 of the problems, a broken deadbolt on one room and broken AC unit in another and they quickly fixed these items. Unfortunatly after a few hours the AC went out again after running just the fan. We didnt need it badly so we just ignored it. Other rooms had a shower that only worked periodically and all of the rooms had a bad smell. The Hot tub was also cold and took forever to heat up. The water looked brown when we arrived. Parking is really limited. Pros were it is close to the bus that you can pay $4 to ride to Disney or you can walk about 10 minutes to the remote parking lot and take a free shuttle to the park. This was super convenient for us! The staff was all great. I would have felt worse if I didnt have 4 kids with us and know this hotel is frequented by families visiting Disneyland. So we werent looking for something fancy or prestine. But for the room price, it was really sub par from what I was expecting. It felt like a step above a Motel 6.

We checked out of the property bright and early after our first night. No dead bolt lock on front door, no phone, no hot water, no water pressure. Breakfast was served out of a converted room.Bad bad bad experience. We had booked months in advanced only to have to find another hotel in anaheim for our weeks vacation.
