As an Expedia VIP I received an amazing room upgrade to an ocean view! Also received a $100 credit for food and beverage. A few small things I’d change but overall very comfortable room, well located and the view! What I disliked was the lighting. Impossible to do my makeup with yellow colored lighting. Also should have low lighting in bathrooms. A few snacks and mini bar in a hotel of this calibre would also be welcome!

Was nice, and the bed was super comfy. However our room wasn’t ready when we initially got there ( and this was after check in time) so had to wait an additional 30-40mins, but the staff were polite and gave us a drink voucher.

Excellent location from the Hullo ferry and easy access to the Skytrain to get to the airport. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet (although expensive) and the service was excellent. Room was comfortable.
