My two friends and I drive to Ann Arbor to watch Michigan football. The hotel was across the street from the shuttle stop that took us right to the stadium. The staff was friendly and professional. Would definitely stay agai.

This property is an old fashioned motel. It looks like an "inn" on the website but all doors exit outside on the hallways. They had photoshopped a fancy entrance which was misleading. It is a little worn out. We paid $250 Canadian for this property per night because I had booked it early in July to go to a Michigan game in late November and it was one of the cheaper options then. The night before we got there we saw it listed for $80 Canadian. For $80 a night - it is a fine place to go to sleep - clean and cheap. For $250 it was very disappointing. It was clean but the pillows were very uncomfortable so bring your own. It has no amenities - no gym, no food - nothing. There is a Panera next door so I went there in the morning and got coffee and breakfast which was great. So - if you want a place to lay your head and you are basically not going to be in the room for more than sleeping it's fine if you can get a good deal!

It was very clean, fairly comfortable. Walls are thin so loud neighbors fighting and slamming car doors is annoying. My receptionist checked me in very fast and nicely.

A GOOD PLACE TO STOP WITH YOUR PUP
When we go to Ann arbor we go here. Both times we came here we got the same room which we liked. It was clean and we did the premium upgrade. We had a few accommodations and they met those. It's been the same nice man both times that checked us in. Just wish I remembered his name. This location had a panara bread right next door. A grocery store a CVS all within walking distance. We will continue to book here. Our dog approves as well.

I could not have been more disappointed in our room. Fortunately we were staying there only two nights. The room had a damp, musty smell as soon as you walked in. The dresser drawers actually had mold growing in them. Paint was chipped off the walls and to top it all off, the manager accidently tripped the fire alarm at 7am on Sunday and couldn't figure out how to turn it off. All of this for a room that normally goes for 80 a night that they gouged me me for 230 a night because of the football game on Saturday. Stat away from this place at all costs.

The shower faucet in my room was inoperable. However, the staff was very courteous and responsive in giving me another room. Then, at 8 a.m. on Sunday, the fire alarms throughout the property erroneously went off. These things happen, I guess, but it wasn't fun.
