The photos of the rooms available on the Expedia website are not at an accurate and should be replaced. Our room was dirty, with pealing paint on the ceiling, gross splatters on the walls, filth along the wall next to the sink in the bathroom, a ripped screen, broken blinds, and a stained rug. The room smelled of mold. The sheets and the towels were worn and thin. When I showed the clerk a photo of the room I thought we booked, he said he’d see if he could find us another room. He was not able to do so. Because it was move-in weekend at University of Michigan, there weren’t other options available so we stayed and really only slept in the room. When I booked this room two months ago, I looked at the photos of the property and didn’t read the reviews which was a big mistake. This is a live and learn experience and I will always read property reviews before booking. Expedia — this property should not be listed as an option on your website!

Price was right; hotel reminiscent of Rose Motel
I would classify as a motel at best. Service was pleasant but the condition of the room and property was pretty poor. It took us several minutes just to even try to close our door to ensure let it to lock.
